What the video couldn't capture is the taste of freshly squeezed orange juice that is being sold everywhere (for 50 cents), the scent of jasmine and orange blossoms (especially the aroma heavy Riad Hida gardens), the harshness of Essaouira wind, and the kindness of people towards the children. Both Rio and Ila have been blessed on their foreheads (by ancient toothless men) enough to last several lifetimes.
