Rio's school celebrated the carnaval by parading around the neighborhood with police escort. Halloween doesn't really exist here, so this is the holiday to get dressed up as a fairy, a clown or a knight. The kids had a lot of fun despite the rain and the wind.

What a lovely crowed. I closed my eyes, imaging myself being there in Paris with my 2 little princess. I allowed the picture to emerge, I see Rio,Ila Maia and, Kai too, playing games, having fun all day long till we re- experienced childhood feelings. See you soon. Grandma Ewa
